Hypnosis & meditation exercises are easy to follow

This book provides great insights into the "Why" behind unhealthy eating habits. This is a great book for women looking to develop mindful eating habits to overcome food addiction and emotional eating. The book's use of self-hypnosis, meditations, and positive affirmations offers easy to follow strategies in support of building self-control. The narrator's voice is incredibly soothing, making the hypnosis and meditation exercises easy to follow and deeply relaxing. Her calm and gentle tone helps create a peaceful listening experience, which is perfect for achieving the desired mindset for weight loss. Highly recommend this book for its thoughtful approach, practical advice, and excellent narration.

The music is a great touch!

I’m not the target demographic for this book, buts it’s helped me understand the topic better and I will definitely be recommending this one to friends and family. The book is marked clarity and dynamic meditation exercises with music to help drive the experience making the audio version of this book incredibly valuable. Definitely check this one out for yourself!

Too soon to tell if I will lose weight!

I certainly feel more relaxed after listening to this audiobook. The meditations and positive affirmations were good, nothing really new there. I enjoyed the self-hypnosis part of the audiobook. Developing mindful eating habits will probably take some time. I tend to snack on junk food while I am working. It is a good story. I did not love the voice of the narrator, she was not compelling.

Lose the weight for good!

I downloaded this book because I really need to lose those extra 20 pounds, and I was looking to try something new. This audio book uses hypnosis, which offers a natural and sustainable way to lose weight by reprogramming your subconscious beliefs. What's great about this audio book is it covers everything from the mind-body connection, mindful eating, and overcoming food addiction. Great book making it all so effortless

This audiobook offers a refreshing approach to weight loss through hypnosis, helping you to reprogram your subconscious beliefs about weight and health. I thought the background music was great and so relaxing and loved the narration. It means it is very easy to take on board and actually do the exercises.

Covering the mind-body connection, mindful eating, and overcoming food addiction, it aims to - and it does - make it all feel natural and effortless.

The book's focus on positive affirmations and self-hypnosis provides a basis for lasting change, contrasting sharply with unsustainable fad diets and extreme exercise programs (which I never stick to).

A great book for those seeking a natural and enjoyable path to lasting weight loss.

Definitely helps!

To lose weight, you have to exercise and have a healthy diet, everyone knows that. But it's really not as easy as it sounds because some of us actually lack the self-discipline required. This book helps a lot in that area. If you find it hard to control the amount you eat and aren't motivated to work out, what do you do? Control your mind to want to exercise and eat healthy and this book tells you how to do it successfully.
